At the core of Hawaiian Shamanic beliefs are seven sacred principles, and those principles are central to Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage.
 
The seven principles and their meaning:
 

1. IKE (pronounced E’-kay): The world is what you think it is.
2. KALA: There are no limits.
3. MAKIA: Energy flows where attention goes.
4. MANAWA (man-NAV-a): Now is the moment of power.
5. ALOHA: To love is to be happy with.
6. MANA: All power comes from within.
7. PONO: Effectiveness is the measure of truth.

 
The Lomi Lomi massage technique heals your overall body, mind, and soul. This massage is unique and different from every massage style. For centuries, it was performed in the Hawaiian Temples. The shaman believed that mental stress and muscle tension were connected. This massage is used to release muscle tension.  
 
In this massage, we use elbows and forearms on your entire body. This massage is the complete opposite of a Swedish massage , and it covers the entire body from head to toe. Lomi Lomi massage gives long flowing strokes and helps release muscle pain and aches. It is the next level of relaxation and stimulation for an active body and mind. Our team will massage you from top to the underside of your body.  
 
Lomi Lomi massage is usually carried out naked, and you need to remove all your clothes. The therapist uses a small towel to cover private body parts. It helps the therapist to slide their hands and arms under and around your body for a better experience.
 
We visit you anywhere on Saint Martin/Sint Maarten, Saba, Anguilla, and St. Bart’s, and there is no need for you to have the stress of the road before or after the massage.
